• 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe

Just a few teaser shots before we see the whole thing, very soon. Seem to look pretty nice, but so do most other crossovers on the market. It could be tough standing out in a crowd of Muranos and Flexes. Or maybe Hyundai is playing it safe. With a modern yet understated design. They have mede… Continue reading 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe

  • 2013 Lexus LS?

Looks like the LS is getting a new nose for 2013.The current generation came out for the 2007 model year, so you would thing an all new one is due.But comparing the new front with the current one, it looks like the shape of the headlights are pretty much the same.It doesn’t seem like an… Continue reading 2013 Lexus LS?

  • Citroen DS9

Citroen has just made public a couple of teaser pictures of their upcoming flagship, the DS9.So far, it does look pretty impressive, and inspired by the stunning Metropolis concept. But is seems, at least on the 2nd pic, that it could be a hatchback of some sort. We will know everything very soon when the car… Continue reading Citroen DS9

  • Nissan Cube test drive.

We have now all seen the second generation Cube in our roads. It still stands out. Kind of like a clown car almost. More so than the Scion or Kia Soul. The asymmetrical windows is still a cool trick. But the huge blind spot on the driver side isn’t…The version I had for a week was the… Continue reading Nissan Cube test drive.

  • 2013 Honda Accord?

This illustration looks pretty realistic to me.It does match what a 4 door version of the coupe “concept” we saw a few months ago could look like. And quite an improvement over the current model.Let’s just hope they didn’t cheapened the interior like they did on the new Civic. Maybe, in true Honda fashion, they… Continue reading 2013 Honda Accord?

  • 2013 Nissan Altima

Another small teaser. And it still looks like a cross between the current model, the Maxima and the Versa. We will be seeing much more of this really soon.

  • 2013 GMC Terrain Denali

I drove the Terrain last year and liked it. Despite its blocky look.Besides the exterior design (which almost grew on me after a while) my main complain was with the “slow but thirsty” 3.0 Liter V6 engine.I hear the 2.4 Liter is actually much better. For the new year, GMC has decided to offer a luxury… Continue reading 2013 GMC Terrain Denali

  • 2013 Kia Pro Cee’d

Coming up, the 2 door version of the redesigned Cee’d Hachback. This is becoming quite a lineup, which also includes the new Wagon. The sedan version will come over here as the new Kia Forte. It could be nice to have the 2 door hatch available as a sporty version, competing here with the VW GTI. Who… Continue reading 2013 Kia Pro Cee’d

  • 2013 Mercedes GL

All new. Looking very similar to the current model.Which is the story of most new cars these days… I am really not a fan of big and boxy, so this is really not for me.I sat in a few of these and was never really that impressed with interior quality that isn’t what it should… Continue reading 2013 Mercedes GL

  • 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe

Looks like another really good design from Hyundai. And actually quite subtle. No words on engines yet. We’ll see if they will go for an “all 4 Cylinder” lineup like in the Sonata.Or, like most others, keep the V6 as an option.

  • 2013 Cadillac XTS

Not sure why, but GM just released some new pictures of the car, showing you can actually fit 4 golf bags into the trunk. Not sure who though it wasn’t possible in such a big car… I really like the XTS design. Especially from the 3/4 back where the C pillar and thicker chrome surround look… Continue reading 2013 Cadillac XTS

  • All new MG5

The new MG5 looks like another nice looking design from Rowe/MG. At least as good looking as many European cars, and much better than most Chinese cars.I hear that, must like the current MG6, it is slated to be produced in England sometime next year. Maybe not a “true” MG. Still pretty nice looking.

  • More pictures of the Volvo V40

The more I see it, the more I love it. And the more I hate Volvo for not bringing this car to the US. They now have just a couple of SUVs, the S60 sedan and the “slow selling and invisible” S80. You would think they’d welcome something fresh and new.

  • 2013 Nissan Altima

This is the real thing for sure.Although we don’t see much yet.Still looking like a blend of the current car and the Maxima. With a lot of the new Versa…

  • Chevrolet Spark “Topless”

Well, not really Topless. This refers to a new canvas top option for the small Chevrolet. In Europe only so far.The powered top option costs about $1400. Quite a lot for a cheap car. Not sure if this will make it to the US . The Spark is coming over here in the Summer.

  • 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander

This really doesn’t seem like much of an improvement. At least, design wise. The current model looks just fine.Actually still modern. The problem with the Outlander is everything else. It’s hard to tell about the interior quality on these pictures. The 3rd row seats seem to be just a little bit better than the horrific ones in the… Continue reading 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander

  • Renault Zoe

The Zoe is described as “Renault’s solution to Zero Emission mobility for all”. Due to its low price of 15 700 Euros. Including taxes. (And also include a 5000 Euros tax encentive.)Still, quite an amazing price. Just around $21 650. Much cheaper than electric cars offered over here in the US. It has an official… Continue reading Renault Zoe

  • Fiat 500 L

Just a small movie teaser until we see more. Very soon. I bet US Fiat dealers will be very happy to see this one coming over here.It is not really related to the 500. As it uses a larger and different platform. But the front end gives it that “500 look”.
