2018 Buick Regal?

Last Updated:

This was just sent to me.
I guess it looks like some report about various upcoming GM cars.
It all seems to make sense (Except maybe a Cadillac ATS convertible?)

The most interesting part would be the “weird” picture of the new Regal.
Which will be a “non-hatchback” version of the all new Opel Insignia coming out late this year in Europe.
Europe will get a hatchback as well as a wagon.
While we are getting the sedan, GM has mentioned the possibility of a wagon for the US as well.

That would be nice…

  1. I see a fair amount of Chrysler 200 in this car…that's fine, I think the 200 is a great looking product.

  2. Very nice design! However, I kept thinking I've seen it before in another car…then I realized it was in my 1999 Dodge Stratus ES! The design still looks good 20 years later!

  3. Cripes, what the hell is that thing? Reminds me of a Dodge Sebring. Big step backwards for GM…pathetic effort.

  4. Are you sure that isn't just a Dodge Stratus / Plymouth Breeze from 15 years ago??? That shape looks AWFULLY Familiar!

  5. Reminded me of a Dodge Stratus as well, but in a good way. I always liked the raised rear deck on that design.

  6. Chevy mid-size crossover launch? Wonder if this is based on Envision, Trailblazer or something else altogether? Or maybe a platform-mate of the shrunken Acadia, which apparently will not get an XL version to avoid competing directly with the larger Traverse/Enclave/XT6? Something weird is going on over at GM…

  7. Kinda looks like an Acura TL first gen. The best looking Acura besides the 2nd gen Legend coupe.

  8. Several of the launches in the product chart do't seem right to me, specifically in regards to the timing of their introductions.
