But it’s coming up. And it’s about time. It seems that everything else in that segment is new or newer.
A hybrid is a good bet. And a Tesla powered electric version is coming as well.

New Rogue coming out later this year built in Tennessee. It will be awesome!
Gosh! This thing looks great. What a difference from the current model!The grille looks so appealing to me.
Its quite interesting that the current model is near the end of its model cycle and its still one of the top sellers in its class.

There are a lot of clueless sheep out there. The only one I do understand is the CR-V as it truly is the jack of all trades.
My wife has the 2005 version. Not very well designed, but incredibly reliable. An improved Rav4 would keep the reliability but ride much smoother and quieter, get much better gas mileage, and ditch the hatch that swings out. I would never buy a car with that hatch. You need 6 feet of rear clearance to load/unload the car, which is a real obstacle in crowded parking lots or when parking on urban streets.

Here we have a clueless sheep.
In most other countries outside the US where the Rav4 is sold it is class leader. The CR-V is way down in the sales line.

Other countries do not count…
top sellers in its class. Not in Canada. Dodge Journey is. Dodge is also the one with the fastest increasing sales in California RIGHT NOW. And the 2011 Journey is VERY well designed (unlike the current Rav4 where even owners are making escuses for poor design) A new Rav4 is L O N G overdue. Lets hope it catches up to the Journey.

There is a worldwide market outside the US. Some doing more remarkably well
