I had the chance to drive a giant GMC Sierra pickup for a week a while ago. This is a video version of the review I posted recently.
I had previously driven the 3.0 Liter Diesel version of the same truck. However, this is the more conventional V8 model. Which, unlike the diesel, still gets 1970s-like gas mileage with about 12 MPG around down. A pretty sad state of affairs in 2024…
The Denali Ultimate is of course a loaded “luxury” GMC truck. At around $90,000 I am not sure who this is actually for. Since it would make quite an expensive “work truck”. And no matter how nice the interior is, it still rides like trucks did years ago. Which is nothing like a true modern luxury vehicle.
It is also pretty hard to park and drive around in a big city like Los Angeles. I know GM sells many of these so there is a market.
