  1. i don’t get all the hype about the volt. it’s concept doesn’t make much sense, it’s design is pretty awkward (black plastic trim along the beltline to make the windows look bigger??), and nobody’s going to be able to afford one.

  2. honestly what do you believe the price of gas will be when Volt comes out?
    I think you’ll have to be somewhat hardcore-green to spend 40,000 plus tax

    you can buy TWO new Honda INSIGHT…

  7. It looks great and fresh. All angles looks really cool. I think the styling with economy combination will attract a lot of hip and yound professionals. You can’t even compare this to the future Prius and Insight. I think it will do well. It a great start and everybody else is scrambling to make their own.

  8. The reliability problems on these will be frightening.
    Not much time has been spent on testing these out.
    Might want to get an extended waranty on these.

  9. The only thing that makes this thing look good is the wheels.
    Take the wheels off and this thing is butt ugly.
    They shouldnt have put blackout under the side windows, the windows should have been the full size where the blackout is.
    Will this attract the hip young professionals?? Probably not. The younger people these days don’t have that much money. It seemed that way but the reality of it up to their eyeballs in debt.
