There is an all-new Hyundai Venue sub-compact Crossover coming soon, and it will be a drastic change from the current generation.
The new design adopts Hyundai‘s current trend of very angular shapes and blocky silhouettes. It will probably look a bit like a small Santa Fe. Or an even smaller Palisade. We’ll know for sure on November 4th when the new model is officially unveiled.
At least in some markets, the powertrain choice isn’t rumored to change much. However, we could see some kind of a Hybrid in North America. At least as an option.
The Hyundai Venue came out almost 6 years ago, and I must have seen a total of 3 or 4 where I live. Fewer than 25,000 were sold last year in the US. While Nissan sold over 71,000 units of the Kicks in 2024. And already over 76,000 in 2025. Crushing the little Venue pretty badly.
To me, the new design seen above already looks a bit old. I’m not sure something like this would boost sales that much. At least not to the level of the Nissan Kicks.

Looks more dated than the current one
I finally saw one of these yesterday for the first time, while it was tail gating me trying to blow up my backside… and not in the way I usually like. Ugly little thing. Make it go away.
It’s 1000% better looking than the current Venue. I wonder if they’ve made it larger like Nissan did with the Kicks, or if it’ll stay tiny
I thought the Kona competed with the Kicks. The Venue is a class below.
