Subaru Outback & Legacy

Last Updated:

The Outback is the top one.

Subaru is getting a new front end ready for 2007. And it does look pretty nice and doesn’t ruin the look of the car.
Some are already saying that we won’t see this “2007” model before 2008 in the State.
That doesn’t make much sense to me…

The Outback and Legacy are already some of the best cars you can buy for the price. With one of the best interiors around.
I wonder what else might be new in these…

  1. One of the best interiors around ! yes i certainly agree, GM could only wish they could design something like THIS and love the little IDRIVE controller for the new SI Drive here at least this controller only has a few fuctions and not 172 or so different functions like BMW.

  2. I wonder why there’s no criticism that this is nothing special, just a rehash of the existing model. You know, the kind that’s often leveled at non-Japanese cars.

  3. i totally agree with the post about why this car, which basically looks identical wasnt criticized but the e class, s60 and other non japanese cars arent including that warmed over new g35…but with that aside i agree the legacy does have a very nice interior, and if i wanted a japanese family sedan this would be the one that i would buy. but the front end whats the point, and why does subaru have so many front end designs that b9 looks odd in front but people like it sales are pretty good

  4. Why do they have different noses ? cause everyone hated the pig nosed airplane influnced nose of the old, so they quickly and quietly are changing it, even there mini car R2 sold elswhere is changing the front end design old nose and the fresh new nose ya wonder why there’s no criticism ? its cause it looks 100 times better and looks different, although thankfully the legacy was never destroyed by the pig nose of the wrx and tribeca. now for the e class, s60 and the g35, did they have any changes ? cant really tell that much , 100s of millions dollars in changes went to what ?

the new s60 and g35 is a new model… the outback and legacy is going through a restyle, maybe thats why they are being critized

Because this car doesn’t suck balls like the above.

  7. to correct you the s60 isnt a new model its going through a refresh……just like this subaru, the g35 is a new model, and looks like a melted down current g35.

  8. I’ve had several Subarus, and they are nothing special. They don’t have the long life of other cars, two wore out just over 100,000 miles. Not again.
