That cream interior has been available in Japan for a while…just tohught I let you know…hate to be Capt Obvious.
Mazda is planning on a facelift of the RX-8, to be shown at either LA in December or Detroit in January. The change will be cosmetic only, nothing really new the performance department.

A 6-speed automatic is also available now. It replaced the 4-speed automatic for model year 2006.
Wait…. you’re looking _forward_ to seeing a rotary engine paired with an automatic??
