Volvo should finally unveil their “smaller than XC90” SUV at the Detroit show in January.
Maybe as a concept.
The XC60 will be a close cousin to the new Freelander and use a platform similar to the S40/V50.
It should arrive as a 2008 model year.
Weren’t they going to call the s40/V50-based baby-suv the XC50? Have you heard different?
They now call it the XC60 for some reason…
Hmmm… wonder if they’re going to consolidate a bit – maybe end the V70 and have XC90 & XC60… could an XC30 be on the drawingboards?
