That’s right 37.
The G35 coupe for 2008 will get a slightly larger 3.7 Liter V6 than the sedan.
(Which, by the way, might find its way into the sedan later anyway…)
The 3.5 Liter already has over 300hp so I cannot imagine this one being under 320.
I guess one must keep up with this crazy horsepower race….
And let’s hope the G37 get the same interior than last year’s concept. Instead of the regular one from the sedan.
With this coupe and the extra power, who needs a BMW? As Borat would say, “Niiice…High Five!”

The giggling that eminates from my BVDs is reaching a crescendo just thinking of the upcoming, all-conquering Infiniti G37. Can’t wait to wrap my quivering mitts around the steering wheel and work that shifter through the gears. Thank you Nissan, the greatest car company of all time.
I can’t wait to see it. I wonder if it will have a 6 spd auto, or better yet, a DSG. I would love to purchase the sedan myself, and if they put a 3.7l and hopefully a 6 spd auto or DSG, then I’ll be selling my house to get one. Well… not really, but you know what I mean.

gettung myself a new montecarlo next year and will smoke this crap car
these things are cheap and noisy. big news when he comes over and ia m not sure what that would be if ever we make it over
montecarlo will be out of production in June according to Vince so I don’t think you can get a new montecarlo next year and montecarlo also cannot smoke g37. Even a supercharged SS version gets to 60mph in 6.7 sec, while the current g35 coupe can do it under 6 sec.
I rented one and I personally thought it drove like crap. It only had 500 miles on it
lol d jones what are you 9 years old? this car beats Audi’s and Mercedes to the ground and this is only its 2nd gen and its not even entirely new, BMW’s new coupe is still the king and i’m still waiting for the Lexus coupe so i can finally compare to this G before i finally choose, but a monte carlo? lol your car is dead man.
and since i work for a Nissan dealership, i can tell you that the 2008 350Z will have this engine too !

Oh how wrong you are. The G37 will prove itself superior to every car on the road, as well as cruise ships, private jets and some main battle tanks. All the all-conquering Nissan needs to do is give the new G the ability to fly and become invisible and it will be even more perfect.
This new “G37” looks like a surefire winner. Vince have you got any info/pictures on the EX concept that’s gonna be showed along with the G37 at the NY auto show?
I love the Infiniti G series, but I wonder how the new Hyundai “Genisis?” (the new rwd sedan), will compare with the G and the IS.
