  1. Official Nurburgring laptime from this car was a 7:35…no matter what you think about the looks, it demands and commands respect. I think this will be the car of the decade probably

  2. The GT-R has never been a beauty queen. It has always been a car meant to intimidate on first sight. Which I think this car does quite well…everything inch of it looks beastly

  3. the aztek was an original atenpt by gm to try to please the youngsters who usually buy foreign cars it look fine if you wanted something different and they felt pretty solid the tent option was great
i wish gm used it in other cars like the hhr or something

  4. Maybe Nissan figured the faster the car goes the less you’ll be able to see of it. So if it is ugly, you won’t notice. Awesome car though.

  5. Yes, the Aztek was god awful ugly, but it didn’t cost no 80K neither.
For 80K, I would like a little class and elegance to go along with the awesome performance. There are at least 5-6 cars out there now days, that can match its performance and look a hell of lot better doing it.

    Ugliness isn’t intimidating. It’s piteous.

But if you want to talk about this car’s intimidating performance figures, that’s another story.

Still, the Italians have long been building beauty and performance that shame this automotive abomination.

  7. Yes Vince, thats me “driving it”, have been for 2 1/2 years now. This will amaze you if you ever get a chance behind the wheel. Good Luck, i hope you do!

  8. The front fenders look like bony shoulder blades poking thru the skin, and the tiny hood “scoops” (giggle) look like moles or warts. The car probably looks a lot nicer in black. From the windscreen back I like the design. The flush door handles would be too cool if they popped out at your arrival with a keyless ignition fob in your pocket.

  9. to all the haters, please tell me what ferrari can run a quarter mile in 11.7 seconds for under $80,000. you’re probably the people who see a three tone civic with a 4 foot wing and think it looks nice.

The value/performance equation isn’t in question. The styling is.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing about people who like the GT-R.
