Toyota only do this to make Corolla sales look bigger than they really are. They started doing it in the 80s with the so-called Corolla 11, which was just a Tercel rebadged. It allows them to add volume without adding real volume.
I bet theirs also has AWD, which would be nice to have below the RAV4. Now I am thinking about it, where is out Honda CrossRoad? The Element has 1 year left
and it is time for something new and different
