Lincoln MKS

The all new Lincoln MKS replaces the old LS. It looks pretty nice, especially in the front. But the car still lacks the quality feel of most imports of the same price.

  1. I thought it was as nice as anything that it competes against at least in terms of interior quality and exterior styling. I particularly like the layout of the dash, it doesn’t hit you with a million buttons you never will use (that is the downside to alot of cars right now japanese and europeam). But, in the end it will be how it drives and if it is reliable.

  2. At this point, I’m not seeing anything on the MKS that’s worth the $8,000 premium over a Hyundai Genesis. Worse, that front end is rather Pontiac-ish and the rear end screams Daewoo Nubira. If you have to borrow resemblance from somebody in the low-end luxury market borrow from Lexus, Mercedes & BMW, not Pontiac & Daewoo.

  3. …however, I think that the tail lights are within the “family” although they look like Kia Amanti Taillights….which try to look like Lincoln Town Car Tails….so it works out in the end!

  4. I think it looks great. Much better than the Avalon-bland Genesis. With the MKS, it’ll be crucial that they prove to everyone they have shed their cheap faux-lux image.

  5. I Saw this at Detroit, it’s alright..It screams Oldsmobile revival in the front, however it it’s not giving the CTS any reason to lose sleep.
