3. This appears to be a chop of the Toyota Aygo / Citroen C1 / Peugeot 107– hopefully Ford will be a bit more original.

9. Some of the comments here are really dumb, sorry guys. Firstly someone said ” how unfortunate”. wtf? You really consider this small car to be ugly or what? Secondly this does NOT look like “GM’s new small car”, gimme a break! Also this is not Yaris sized, it is a micro-car and it is based off the Fiat 500 so it is actually a twin to the Fiat. I think it looks beautiful

11. I’d buy one in a second if they would f_cking import the hatch here. If we ever got one, they’d send us a stupid 5 door sedan..

    Ford has such good European cars and they just don’t get it in their heads that THEY’D SELL HERE!!!!

12. I agree. This Ka is in the same class as the Toyota Aygo not Yaris. We Aericans probably won’t see it at all. And that is a pity.

13. It would ever pass crash safty laws in the US.

14. The Fiat 500 is one of the safest cars in Europe, safer than the BMW 5 series, so I think the Ka, which is 500’s twin would easily pass the safety laws in US…
    I just love it. I hope it comes out exactly like this photo shows. It’s really beautiful. I own my second Ka right now, with Leather seats and all stuff and I just love it. So this one is really an option to buy 🙂 Great Job, Ford!!!
