I assume iDrive will be more intuitive this time around.
I never thought BMW interiors were ugly. But in the case of the 5 and 7 series’, the interior materials weren’t always in line with their price tags (i.e. cheap).
This picture shows the same formula, but with what looks to be better materials. And that’s fine with me.
Plus, Mercedes copied BMW with the interior layout and design of their new S-Class. So while this may look old, the newer S-Class has a similar interior, and its a far newer car.
There’s a lot of Honda accord in that dash design. They both have way too many buttons.
meh, same BMW standard type interior, but with a bit more wood. Too much wood for my tastes, it’s a bit gaudy.
BMW is like the GM-rebadging of interiors. Every model has the same interior, just as every GM division has its own version of the Buick Enclave.
scarily enough, the faux-bmw dash on the Roewe 550 looks better than this…
so, as soon as mercedes copied the gear lever design off the E65 7er, they are now putting it back on the center console in the F01 7er LOL
