It probably got all crushed in after landing on the bottom of the lake (upside down). The stunt man probably got out right after it hit the water. It’s takes a couple seconds for a car to fill with water and sink – enough time to get out easily if you’re quick.

You guys are right. The stuntman drove into a lake in Italy while filming the new James Bond movie. I bet another car was ready within minutes. That’s why these productions cost over $100 million every time…. I actually can’t wait to see that scene in the movie. The one without the crash that is.
