Fit coupe?

Last Updated:

Honda might actually be working on a sporty 2 (or is it called a 3 door) door coupe version of the new Fit.
So this could actually be a real successor to the old CRX.

They are also working on a production version of the CRZ concept. But that will be a hybrid only model.
So they might still want a sportier model…

  1. Vince, who sends you these images? This was a speculation rendering of the current-generation Euro-spec Honda Civic Hatchback from 2004.

    Prove it.

How do you prove something like that? Deny it if you want to but I’m in agreement with whoever originally posted that. I saw this rendering YEARS ago. Besides it barely resembles the current fit AT ALL.

My asking for the poster to prove it may not have come across well. That the picture is of an old, speculative rendering wasn’t stated as an opinion but as fact with great certainty. I really would like to know as a Honda fan who misses little about their product details.

  5. I’d look at one, especially if it comes with that rumored 118HP (for the next gen Fit we’re getting)… and 40 MPG hwy(at least).

The CR-Z still might be a better deal.. with gas hitting 4 dollars per gallon, if it gets 50+ MPG…or the Jetta clean diesel(09)….(too bad it’s not a 3 or 5 door..not talking about the station wagon./ sportswagen deal, either).
