Getting ready to be the pace car for the 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup season.
The first time ever for a Hybrid car.

The car will officially be unveiled the week after at the Los Angeles Auto show.

  1. From what I understand the hybrid is going to pace the start of the race but the Fusion Sport is going to pace the rest of the race.

  2. Sometimes these publicity stunts are so absurd. If there is one kind of use for which a hybrid car makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, it’s a pace car! When is this car going to go at a slow enough speed that it will function with the electric motor?
