'64 was a fine year for Cadillac. The big brooding brow of capped horizontal quad headlamps out front and tastefully understated fins out back. ('63 had the round turn signals up front — not an attractive feature– but this was fixed in '64) Just the right blend of curves and angles. A great improvement over the overly curvy & bulbous '59; yet not quite as crispy-sharp as the '61. The Sixty-Series & Fleetwoods had gorgeous genuine wood on the doors in the early 1960's. Those were the days; when a motorcar was more than a vehicular appliance — it was a rolling work of art.
