Saturn sold?

Apparently, GM would announce as soon as later today that it sold the Saturn brand to Roger Penske.
The cars would be the ones Saturn offers now, for a while. But would eventually be replaced by Samsung models from Korea.
From what I’ve seen so far, Samsung offers nothing that seem as good as the current Saturn lineup.
The current Saturn models are all really good.
We’ll see….

Uh, just a failure of logic. If Saturn cars were so good, why would they be bankrupt?
Just ditch and bury the brand altogether.
