Finally some official pictures. And we see the interior too.

It’s actually not that bad. And much, much better than the horrific looking X3. (But what isn’t…)
At least in Europe the engine offered include a 2.3 Liter Diesel and a 2.8 Liter.

  1. It looks less terrible than I expected it to look. But my cynical opinion of BMW is a result of eight years of clunky designs. It still is an ugly thing compared to the Audi Q-whatever or the Volvo XC-whatever. Real estate agents will love them.

  2. Id take an X3 over this anyday, this thing is a glorified, gussied up 1 series that they can charge 30k for, with an odd front end and a rear end that could be from any carmaker… YAWN !

    Compared to the X1 and the X3, GM offers SUVs that I'd rather own.

  16. This is lame. So much for BMW as a viable independent.

    I'd much rather have a Subaru Forester. All Wheel Drive. Under $26K and pocket the $15K difference and buy my son his first car.

  17. I'd take a CR-V or Forester over this as well. Invest the money you save and be better off down the road.

    What a stupid vehicle.
