Another picture of the covered up sedan.
We have seen spy pics for this car for over 28 years now.

  1. Exaggerate much Vince?

I'm far more tired of seeing spy shots of the Suzuki Kizashi, Hyundai Sonata, 5 series, LF-A, and that bloody Phaeton facelift nobody cares about.

  2. I keep hoping to be knocked off my feet by this thing, but the more teasers I see, the less enamored I am.

Can't wait to see the new Jaguar XJ next week, tho!

  3. It's like the freakin 4-year Camaro launch…The design became old and needed a freakin redesign before the actual launch.

  4. I have a feeling this will be BIG. It better be. This is Saab's last chance, if they blow this, they're dead. But I think Saab's engineers have shown that they are capable of amazing things, even with their tight budget under GM they made some great and innovative cars.

Saab already has blown it, my friend. This vehicle will be DOA.

Saab offers essentially two vehicles here in the US. The 9-3 and the 9-5. The 9-3 is already a dated model and was NEVER competitive within its segment. This 9-5 will cost a fortune, have abysmal resale value, be horribly unreliable, and also not be competitive.

Saab sells as many cars in one year that Honda sells Accords in one month. To tell you the truth? I'd rather have a loaded Accord V6 than drive any Saab product. It WOULD be more reliable, arguably drive better, better dealer service, and have killer resale value.

Saab drivers, as per Car and Driver, are yuppie liberals. I am not trying to make a statement with the vehicle I choose to drive, I make my own.

The anonymous Accord driver above is showing their ignorance.

    Typical car, typical mindset."

I made that comment and I have an '05 330i, you prick.

I was saying I would rather have an Accord than the Saab, and get a better vehicle while saving some money.

There is NOTHING extraordinary about any Saab, so you can call it a typical car as well.

Get your head out of your ass.

  8. turbo'd engine with worse mileage and less hp than camry and accord, – check

Front-wheel drive, and nose heavy 60/40 FR weight distribution, just like the camry and accord – check

self-problaimed luxury car; just because it has standard leather – check

charging $15000 more than the MSRP of fully loaded camry and accord – check

built and engineered with the intention to fail – check
