  2. Wow, looks like the Solara and Lexus ES. Amazing how they copied other cars so closely and can get away with it!

  8. It used to be a nice, conservative sedan. Now it looks ridiculous. Sort of like what Ford did with the Taurus in its recent revamp.

  9. How come when the new Legacy came out, no one said the side looks like a Honda Accord. Oh that's right because they're not Korean. You guys need to take out the Korean contacts and put in the global contacts. As for the headlights looking like the older Camry. That camry's headlights looks like the Mercedes E class's headlights. But of since it's not Korean your not going to say that.

  10. Camry from the side? I seen a lot of cars that have slanted pillars like that. Pontiac G6, Hyundai Sonata, Chryseler 300, Caddy CTS, tOYOTA cAMRY, 2010 Ford Taurus I could go on forever. No one said that because other than the Sonata nothing else is Korean. Now what? Toyota fans should be the last to talk about Hyundai copying off someone's headlights. That new Corolla may have its own grille but the headlights came from the Mazda 3's back in 2006. Also the Yaris looks like a Mazda. Tundara looks like a Lancer or VW Iroc concept. Now What.

  11. I'm going to talk about the current Camry's headlights. It loooks like it came from the Acura TL. But no one said that neither since their not Korean. The new Taurus headlights sorta reminds me of an Acura or 2006 Hyundai Sonata. But only the sonata looks like something else. Everyone else is orgianl. But the face Hyundai makes their own hybrids. And that they supply 2.0L and 2.4L to Mitsubishi and Chrysler.

  14. This car looks great! I do agree that it does have some similarities to the Solara but I think it looks WAAAAAYYY better! Good job Hyundai.

  16. What's up with the side mirrors? They look like they are tilted upward. Otherwise a great looking car.

    From what can be seen it looks like a nice car but I'll save my final judgment until I see it on the street.

    Because the Legacy sedan is an irrelevant car that no one notices. Hyundai's ugly, shoddy knockoff junk has been so over-hyped for the past five years and given so much publicity, that people are going to have stronger responses.

    Head out of the clouds please. Imagine if this were a Ford or GM or Mercedes or any other car maker. This would be laughed at. It looks invisible and simple and completely appropriate in your local ghetto where this is a step above a rusted 1989 Maxima.

    People like you have been influencing the design direction of GM and Chrysler for the past 20 years. That is why they are where they are today. What are you really driving? An impala? Open your drooping eye lids. Who had the car of the year in 09? Can you try to think at least?

  24. Nice design. It may look like a Solara to most of you people. But I'll be the first to say it's dogging the Camry and Accord's design. So there. It looks better than the Solara too. Go Hyundai, Go Kia. I hope their Hybrids out do the every 30 second seen on the road Toyota Camry Hybrid too.

  25. Now it's time to talk about Honda's designs. No one seems to notice they have been copying too. Acura too. The back of Acuras look like Audis. The Honda Insight's face reminds me of a VW CC. the Civic's face looks like the 2001 Galant. But you guys are making such a big deal about Hyundai using the Solar's design. You guys didn't say nothing about the Maxima's tailgiths coming from the Civic coupe?

  27. You guys talk about Hyundai/Kia's designs. I'm putting everybody's designs out there. The Avalon's c pillars came from the VW Phaeton's. The 2006 Honda CRV's headlights looks like the 2006 Kia Soul's headligths. The Pilot looks like a jeep product. The Accord coupe looks like a Jaguar coupe. The Civic's taillights don't like that far from the Camry's tailights. Only diffrance is the Camry's is more horazantial.

  28. Dodge Durango, chevy HHR, hint tailights. If you don't see it then turn the Dodge Durango's headlights sideways and you'll see what the Toyota FJ Crusier's taillight design came from.

    Is that so? What do I have to drive so that I'm permitted to have an opinion or make an observation? Actually, I have an Audi S4, a Volvo X60 and a restored TR6 in my garage. It's not Leno's garage but I'm happy with it. And yes, I do think that the current Impala is inoffensive and better looking than this. And its extremely un-newsworthy just like a Hyundai Sonata.

  35. Looks fantastic. I wonder if they'll make a hatchback – it looks like it may have a hatch ..sort of like the old MAZda6hatch.

    Fantastic car – The Kia Soul, Genesis and this new Sonata..time for me to come out of my Hyundai closet.
