Is this a 4wd model, or do the wheels just not fit the arches very well?

Looks ten years old. And it doesn't sit on its wheels properly. This would fail miserably in the US or Europe.
Looks like an XL7 or SL7 whatever it's called and I'm lazy I ain't about to go to Suzuki's website just to see what the heck that invisible SUV is called.
