I think it's the new 4×4 Mini. Something about that tail-light and the front wing (fender).

Taken a better look and now I'm even more sure it's a Mini. Look at the shutline for the bonnet in the wing, the door surface profile, and the glass:metal ratio. Also the fuel cap's on the left which pretty much narrows it down. It's a Mini SUV.

Those side mirrors look a bit big for a Suzuki Swift…and it looks quite a bit higher than a Swift….
