2012 VW Passat CC
Last Updated:
Looks like what VW has been doing for the past 2 years: crafting the new front end design to all their current cars.
But it still work on the CC, at lest for me.
I also hope the CC stays in the US line up once the regular Passat disappears …
Vince, I know you love this car – but have you sat in it? You CANNOT see out the rear window – basically at all. I also see next to none on the road – they don't sell. You might like it, but I don't think the average joe likes it, perhaps due to cost – and even at that cost, I recall the interior having really cheap plastic around the gear shift (fake chrome style).
So far, I like what I see.
Basically this car isn't seen often thanks largely to the new Sonata.
I see them all the time where I live. I think its a great car. As far as visibility, I think that is an issue with most new cars these days.
This care isn't intended to sell in large numbers. That's what the more conventional Passat is for. The CC is one of the most stylish sedans on the road today. Although I"m not a huge fan of the rather common looking grille design.
Carl, are you serious? The Sonata is a pig-like Solara sedan. The CC isn't a huge seller, but that has nothing to do with the Sonata.
Vince, according to VW sales literature, the regular Passat has already been dropped from the US lineup for 2011.. and this CC restyle isn't due until 2012, so I think it's safe.
