All new GM Twin Turbo 3.6 Liter V6

And it is going in the all new 2014 Cadillac CTS first. As an option.

It will also be an option on the 2014 XTS this fall.
In the CTS, at least, it will be paired with a new 8 speed Auto.

So far some of the specs are:
-420HP.
-17MPG City/25 Highway.
-0-60 in 4.6 Seconds in the new CTS

GM also mentioned that 2 more engines will be available in the all new CTS.
The familiar 3.6 Liter V6 with 321hp, and the 2.0 Liter Turbo with 272hp.
