The Cooper S will feature an all new 2.0 Liter Turbo engine.
They aren't full circles because of BMW. That's why VW's LEDs weren't arranged as well as Audi's either. Although the look is still distinct as far as LED washing goes these days (ever notice how the 2014 Impala's LEDs are just put on the opposite way when compared to the 2011 E-Class?).

The eyes are not full circles on this Mini because they are going for copying the Chinese Geely Panda theme. This is for sure.
