Kia Novo Concept

This seems pretty nice. But it is the latest in a long line of Kia concepts that never turn into anything.

Still, I just wish the new Optima had a bit more of the Novo design.
I mean it does remind me of the Optima. But as a much more modern version.
Exactly what an all new generation should be.

Too bad…

  1. You hit the nail on the head with Kia and Hyundai concepts. They just don't seem to have the magic that captivates their sedate designs of late. So much so that I feel drowsy everytime I look at one of their newest vehicles.

  2. I think there's potential in there, just not in this package. Same front end, RWD proportions, and less plump out back… and it could be a great car.

    I would love to see this reworked into something of a cross between the Dodge Charger and GTR.

  3. I totally agree with you on this one. The new Optima could have used some major mojo from this design study. Kia should have pursued a revolutionary design with the new Optima instead of an evolutionary one.
