2022 Genesis GV60: new spy shots, in yellow…

Unlike Cadillac, it looks like Genesis still believes in offering some fun colors. From these photos, we know that at least, yellow will be a choice for the new 2022 Genesis GV60 Electric car.
Besides the new color, it’s hard to see anything really new from these photos. This is the third model based on Hyundai-s new EV platform. After the Ioniq 5 and the Kia EV6. So expect similar specs as well.
Since the Kia and Hyundai versions have already shown very nice interiors, I would expect this to be quite upscale. 
We have seen so many spy shots of this for so long, I would guess it’ll come out any day now…

  1. Reminds me of the family 1957 Chevy. A nice, light yellow. Please give us some colors. The automotive color spectrum is so uncolorful.

  2. The canary yellow reminds me of the days of the VW Corrado. I miss seeing that car. The dummies and knuckleheads at VW Wolfsburg should add it to the ID lineup.

  3. I saw one of these two weeks ago, here in LA at the corner of Fairfax and 3rd. It wasn’t yellow. It was silver with light interior. Very cool, very stealth and very fast. It looks like we’ll see the actual one very soon!

  4. I agree with Fart.. VW has such an opportunity to revive several of their historic form factors on the new rear-drive ID platform (Bus, Karmann Ghia, Beetle, even the VW/Porsche 914), and a Corrado/Scirocco would be a nice addition to the lineup as well.
