The new sedan from Chery looks like a computer-generated design for the classic sedan. Incorporating design cues from almost everyone else in the segment.
It could very well be a new Nissan Altima or a new Ford sedan.
And yet, the result is quite pleasant. Nothing offensive. Something for everyone. Trying very hard to offend no one.
As the Chinese market moves towards electrification faster than others, this could be one of the lasts of a breed. The last of the classic gas-powered mid-sized sedan.
Although in the US, we will still have a new Accord in a few months. And a new Camry probably next year.
