This is quite interesting. This new video shows the design process for the upcoming Honda Prologue electric SUV.
Of course, since it is based on the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV, proportions were probably already dictated before the Honda designers started working on it.
Still, it looks like they did a great job coming up with a very different-looking vehicle. One with its own personality.
In the past, Honda used Izuzu to make their first SUV for the US market
in the mid-90s. It was called the Passport then 5 years later they introduced the CR-V.
The Prologue will be the precursor to future EVs that will all be developed in-house by Honda and built by Honda.
Except they’ve partnered with Sony on future EVs already, Zigfried, so no…not exactly in-house.
They simply share the platform, but the design development is promising and come back to the Honda origin
