Toyota‘s new EV sedan, the BZ7, looks like a cross between the BZ4X and a bit of the new 2026 Lexus ES, but better. It also looks like what a Toyota Camry should look like as a truly modern sedan in 2025.
However, the BZ7 is an EV. No hybrid available. And it is strictly for the Chinese market. Just like some other new Toyota EVs featured in the last image.
The new EV is a large sedan, over 4 inches longer than the Camry. It is probably a lot roomier as well due to its EV architecture.
The new sedan will be a co-production between Toyota and Chinese manufacturer GAC. Just like the smaller BZ3 sedan.
There are no specs yet for the new BZ7. Only that is it still not ready for production with an on sale date sometime next year.
This will be Toyota’s flagship for the Chinese market, and it will probably be quite expensive. The interior seems very clean and modern. But again, very reminiscent of many other Chinese sedans. Just like the new 2026 Lexus ES.
this seems like a better looking option than the Lexus ES EV
I think people would love this over the Tesla Model 3. Bring it to the US Toyota.
We need something exactly like this in the US! Ugh so frustrating we get all the crap cars
