Hyundai Tucson N.

Hyundai is working on a new generation Tucson SUV for next year. The illustration above shows what a sportier N model could look like. Not just an “N Line” trim.

Apparently, the new Tucson N would be getting up to 300HP from a hybrid powertrain. Probably using a 1.6 Liter engine.

As Hyundai had announced a while ago at the Santa Fe launch, its new designs will not all look the same. It also mentioned that the new 2nd-generation Nexo was going to influence other future designs.

The Tucson is Hyundai‘s popular model over here, and a new one is very important. It will also have to compete with the new RAV4 from Toyota. Which will probably sell around 500,000 units next year. While the Tucson is of course not nearly as popular as the Toyota, it still sold over 206,000 in its last year.
