Meet the “not really new” 2027 Chrysler Pacifica.

Chrysler has just released a new photo and more info about the revised Chrysler Pacifica minivan for 2027. And it’s not as “revised” as we thought…

First, there’s a new, cheaper model called the LX replacing the Chrysler Voyager as the brand’s cheapest Minivan option. Then, Chrysler has released a list of all the changes for 2027. Here it is:

• Refreshed exterior design, new wheel options, exterior colors, and updated Chrysler wing badge on Select, Limited, and Pinnacle trims  
• Pinnacle comes standard with exclusive new Blue Agave interior color 
• Upgraded Safety Sphere Package features new Turn Signal-activated Blind Spot and ParkSense-based Camera Activation
• Uconnect Theater and Family Tech packages are now decoupled for greater flexibility and customer choice 
• New adjustable-height power liftgate standard across all trims for 2027 model year 
• Segment-exclusive Stow ‘n Go seating and storage system continues to offer unmatched versatility 
• New Pacifica LX, formerly the Voyager, retains its familiar exterior design while offering a budget-friendly entry point, well equipped with power sliding doors and heated seats and steering wheel 
• The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is scheduled to start arriving in dealerships this summer with a starting MSRP of $41,495 for the new base LX trim.

Pricing 
The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is scheduled to start arriving in dealerships this summer with a starting U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $41,495 for the new base LX trim (all prices exclude destination, tax, titles and fees). So it looks like the redesigned front end is the main news for the Pacifica, after 10 years. There is no talk of a photo of what’s happening to the rear end. And especially, no mention at all of a redesigned interior. Except for “New applique and accent finishes” with new colors and trims.

Sure, the Pacifica interior is still pretty nice, but it’s been 10 years. Not only can Chrysler not offer a brand-new minivan, but it seems like the changes are very limited.

I really want Chrysler to do well and survive, but this isn’t great news. It seems the brand has had a very limited amount of cash available to refresh the Pacifica. No news about powertrains either.

Let’s just hope there is more for Chrysler later this year. They desperately need to show what’s cooking in their kitchen; otherwise, 2026 could be the last year. It seems that at this point, a possible Chinese ownership would not be such bad news…
