New 2027 Hyundai Tucson Is a Stunning Departure.

Hyundai just released the first official photos of the new Tucson SUV for 2027. And it looks better than any of the illustrations we have seen over the past year. I’d go as far as to say that it looks quite stunning.

And so does the interior. While I am really not a fan of large center screens, this seems very well done. At least the smaller screen in front of the driver is very well integrated into the interior design. And the rest of the interior is both upscale and very, very modern. And very clean and simple as well. This is basically the opposite of the Toyota RAV-4 messy and plasticky looking interior. Just look at the shape of the vents, the center console etc… It all looks really nice and original.

This is something that will stand out in a crowd of blah looking boxes. The Hyundai Tucson is a very popular vehicle with over 234,000 sold last year alone. Which was its best year ever. The new design is a radical departure from the current popular model, and I really hope it works out for Hyundai. It will be a tough battle against the conservative RAV-4. And a new Honda CR-ZV is on its way. As well as a brand new Nissan Rogue.

We have no other news about the new Tucson yet, but I would hope it offers a standard Hybrid in the US. Which would make it even more attractive to many.
