Nissan Sentra Video Test Drive.

Here is a short video about the few days I spent with the new Nissan Sentra. I published a full test drive of the car a few days ago, and this just shows you a few more details.

As I mention in the video, I think the new Sentra is a fine car. This is helped by the fact that it is the newest entry in the segment, at least in the US. But the competition isn’t sitting still. A brand new Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla are coming. And these are the most popular compact sedans around. We’ve already seen the new Hyundai Elantra as well.

Life will soon be much tougher for Nissan’s new Sentra.

For now, I do prefer it to the current Honda Accord. But Nissan should really offer their new EREV powertrain as an option. Nissan is turning out pretty nice cars these days. I was also pretty impressed by the new Leaf (although it is still a bit too expensive). And it is coming out with a whole series of new trucks and SUVs. And it has decided to launch the all-new Rogue EREV a few months early. The new Rogue will arrive right on time to compete against the Toyota RAV-4 and will offer a more original powertrain. And a nicer design inside and out.
