2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ video

Last Updated:

This is a long official video of the all-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ.

It shows the exterior and interior in detail and leaves nothing to the imagination. The new Escalade IQ seems very impressive and will surely be quite a hit with its intended audience. The interior also seems very similar to the one in the Celestiq sedan, a car priced at around 3 times the Escalade IQ.

The specs are impressive and it looks the part. I only wonder why the video still shows an “old” CCS Type plug instead of the newly adopted NACS “Tesla type” unit. Especially since GM made a big announcement a few months ago about adopting NACS starting next year with an adapter, and with a native built-in plug starting in 2025.

I guess they probably meant “2025 calendar year” and not model year.

  1. I’m sure someone will love this thing. I don’t.. I find the design messy, don’t get that front end at all, it just seems to be a jumble of lines and patterns, almost looks unfinished. look at all the horizontal lines in the front end and in the side view, especially the rocker panels. Very messy.
the interior is just OK, wall-to-wall screens, pretty boring compared to the current ICE Escalade’s curved screens. The overall interior seems to have a lot of wasted space for such a huge veicle.
    24″ wheels?

  2. BTW, for the most Cadillac-like rear lights on an SUV look no further than the new Range Rover… which is shockingly in the $200K range nowadays!

missed opportunity for Cadillac designers, this new Escalade rear looks generic and very busy
