2026 Hyundai Palisade.

Last Updated:

These new illustrations are pretty close to the latest spy shots we have seen of the redesigned Hyundai Palisade for 2026.

It seems we have seen hundreds of spy shots and illustrations of the next-generation Hyundai Palisade in the past few months alone. Even though the new SUV seems ready to go, we might see even a few more before we get to see the real thing.

As mentioned last year by a few Hyundai officials, the design will be much more angular than the current model. Something Hyundai has recently done with the 2024 Santa Fe. Which is a complete departure from its previous design language. I think no matter what, the new Palisade will look better than the current one.

At least it seems far cleaner than before. But also quite derivative and will probably be invisible to anyone except owners of the current generation.

From these illustrations, it just doesn’t look as original as the new Hyundai Santa Fe.

The Palisade has been a success for Hyundai so far. It even had its best year ever last year with over 89,500 of them sold. A total redesign with a new design language could be quite a gamble. However, the new more “sophisticated” look could also allow for a substantial price increase.

The current 3.8 Liter V6 is rumored to be replaced by a more powerful 3.5 Liter unit. An all-new Hybrid system with a 2.4 Liter engine is also supposed to be a new option for the new Palisade. However, unlike the Mazda CX-90, this will probably be a regular hybrid setup and not a PHEV.

There is no released date so far, but the new Palisade is expected later this year. At least in Korea. that means the US model might not be available over here until next spring.

  1. the people that will buy this are middle class white suburban females with a minimum of disposable income, but trying to glow up like its a LandRover. aka Karashawannabeshians

  2. This is really weird. If these renderings are accurate, Hyundai will have gone from having generic styling back in the early daysof the company, to copy-cat styling as it tried to gain some credibility, to settling in to its own unique identity with design unlike any other brand, now to reverting back to copy-cat styling. Most companies don’t do that. Once their styling departments gain enough experience and talent to carve out a unique styling language, they don’t typically go back to stealing ideas from other brands. This does not bode well for the brand.

  3. I am happy someone else have already mentioned that it looks more like rangerover especially from back end! These leaks are nothing but just to make fool out of people lol
