The illustration above shows what the upcoming Dodge Stealth SUV could look like.
Production of the all-new SUV would start before the next-generation Durango comes out. The new SUV would be slightly smaller than the current Dodge Durango, and is rumored to seat only 5. At 201 inches, the current Durango is quite large and actually longer than the Kia Telluride, and about the same size as the new Toyota Grand Highlander.
Of course, the new Stealth would be an EV based on the STLA Large platform from Stellantis. However, it could also be offered with a gas powertrain, since the 2025 Dodge Charger based on the same platform will.
The Durango sold over 69,00 units last year. Its third best year since 2005. Quite an amazing feast for a generation that came out in 2010. Its replacement will also use the new STLA platform and could basically be a longer, 3 row version of the new Dodge Stealth.
At least, Dodge is getting a bunch of new stuff in the next couple of years. Which hasn’t been the case for a long time.
