Chrysler SUV.

There have been zero new Chrysler models for many years now. With the death of the 300 sedan in December 2023, the only model currently on sale is the Pacifica Minivan. A model that started production in 2016. The amazing part is that even with only one old model on sale, Chrysler sales in 2024 have dropped by just 7% over the previous year.
We saw the futuristic Chrysler Halcyon concept a while ago. However, unlike the concept for the new Dodge Charger, Jeep Recon, and Wagoneer S, the Halcyon did not look like a production car at all. Even though Chrysler’s CEO, Christine Feuell, keeps mentioning there will be a new model every year starting at the end of 2025. She mentions: “Chrysler brand is here to stay. It is being well invested in. The brand is not on the table for elimination, and it has a very bright future.”
The first all-new Chrysler in years will be a brand-new SUV based on the STLA Large platform and heavily related to the Jeep Wagoneer S, with its own design and interior. Not a Halcyon-based sedan. The all-new model is still scheduled for later this year. A revised or new-generation Chrysler Pacifica is also coming out in 2026. Followed by an EV version. They are apparently still working on a production version of the Halcyon concept to be released “at a later date”.
This could actually be great news for the brand. Since SUVs are what people buy. A good-looking SUV EV competing against GM’s Ultium models. Like the Chevrolet Blazer EV or Cadillac Lyriq. It would probably be a lifesaver for Chrysler.
The illustration above shows what a new STLA-based Chrysler SUV could look like. One that is not really based on the Halcyon concept. A softer, more luxurious version of the Jeep Wagoneer S.
