Next-generation Nissan Juke.

A couple of months ago Nissan published a few images of their future products. Besides the new Nissan Leaf, most of these were dark silhouettes, since the brand wasn’t ready to show us anything yet.
I just noticed recently that the next-generation Nissan Juke was among these ghostly dark shapes in the background. As you can see, the next -generation will be larger and sleeker than ever before.
While we had the first generation in the US, the second model never came over here. (bottom image). The third generation already looks like it will be pushing the design envelope even further into a weird dimension.
The next Juke will be launched next year and will be an EV. And is rumored to be related to the new Nissan Leaf, which explains the increase in size. Since the next Leaf and Ariya share the same platform. The new Rogue will be part of Nissan’s European Strategy where they will be launching 5 new EVs by 2026.
While the next Nisan Leaf is so far scheduled to be sold in the US, the next Rogue won’t be.

I guess I have to wonder why the Juke is on the return list when Nissan has so many standard lineup models to update or replace. Seems like bad decision making – again.
