BMW Z4.

This great-looking illustration from LSDisign (on Instagram) shows an idea of what a next-generation BMW Z4 could look like. One that would, of course, adopt BMW‘s new design language introduced with the new iX3.

The current BMW Z4 is scheduled to end production soon, and apparently, no new generation of the roadster is planned to replace it. The 2026 model year is rumored to be the last for the Z4.

While Toyota is apparently hard at work on a replacement for the Supra, which is based on the Z4, BMW is not working on a new Z4.

The illustration above really shows what another great looking Z4 could look like. And that new front end design looks pretty fantastic with the Z4’s usuall retro vibe.

While the Z4 isn’t supposedto sell in grat numbers anyway, BMW still only sold around 2000 of them last year in the US…

  1. Honestly, this Neue Classe design actually makes me excited for BMW which has never happened before!

  2. That looks great! Of course it isn’t an official BMW design. I do think this Nue Classe design language has potential. Not so much for their crossovers, but rather for smaller cars. There are styling cues from the old 2002 from the ’70s back when BMWs were quirky, but fun cars. This Z4 looks great – BMW should throw some cash at the designer and buying up that design. It totally looks production-ready and would be the best looking car they’ve produced in ages. I’m sure it would still be over-priced and poorly made though.

  3. Very odd that I think it works on this, unlike the X3. the x3 is horribly obnoxious looking, but it actually fit’s this one. an A+. to bad it’s not real design though right

  4. this looks good. Maybe a little less chock-a-block in the side and lower styling, but its much better than the massive grills of the last 5 years.
