2015 Hyundai Sonata?

Looks like it to me. Hyundai has already mentioned that the design of the next generation will be an evolution of the current car. Which is still very popular.
So this look like it could be it.

NO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh! Please tell me it's not true. WTF are they thinking? I mean what happened to them?
That's the Taurus design 12 years ago which caused Ford to (almost) go under.
Looks a little too much like the Elantra..
What do I think? I think that Hyundai/Kia's moment in the sun has peaked and they are entering into a free fall.
Their styling is no longer cutting edge; their credibility is suspect (thanks to false EPA ratings) and their quality control is looking more and more like they've become the new General Motors of Asia.
It was good while it lasted, I guess.
I really hate the current Sonata. It's like a four-door Toyota Solara, which was a soft wimpy looking car that sold well also. The visual language works better on the Elantra. Hyundai's newer models have benefitted from a more mature version of this design language. Hopefully the next Sonata will too.
The current Sonata is one of the more handsome mid-sized cars on the market and from the looks of things that'll continue with the next version…. though the greenhouse shown here does look rather less sleek/distinctive.
The current Sonata is more like the last Toyota Celica.

I just confirmed from a Korean news site that this is the "China-only" model which is being developed in parallel with the "non-China" version. No wonder I smelled China all over it.
Hyundai USA's CEO, John Krafcik has promised that this next upcoming generation Sonata's design will be more toned down than the current model. That's a good thing.
By the way, year-to-date sales have not been kind to Sonata as they were down by 14 percent compared to last year.
They better fix the steering and improve the fuel economy, otherwise it will be a tall order for the new model to see a boost in sales.

I think you are wrong, and sales numbers prove that. Also, ALG proves you wrong. Consumer Reports, TrueDelta, and JD Power prove you wrong. Finally, their ever expanding dealer network also proves you wrong.
In summation, you couldn't be any more wrong and your opinion is in no way linked to fact.
Anything is better than the suppository styling of the current car.
When the current Sonata was introduced it caught every other maker unprepared with their dull offerings. Sonata made everyone scramble to their drawing board to come up with a midsize that was more exciting to look at. Had Hyundai not broken ground with Sonata and Elantra our world would be filled with rolling appliances instead of beautiful sedans. Hyundai has leapfrogged the competition in style, value, quality, sales and customer-satisfaction. Hyundai haters are still out there…diminishing in number but as vocal, ignorant and misinformed as ever.
@mobis21, One look on the streets tells me the potential Sonata sales are going to its Kia Optima cousin. Both beautiful cars, but the Optima seems to win out in buys.
