Still the Japanese version, so there could be a few trim changes for the US and Europe.
Interior seems to have a bit more style than the current model.

Yet another 'Automotive Appliance' courtesy of Toyota.
I like it. Doesn't this eat into the Scion Xd market tho? I'm glad they're gonna sell a 4door hatch now.
^^^ Hmm?
They've been selling the Yaris '4door hatch' in the US for 2 years now, and since it's introduction in most every other market.
I see they have done away with the centre mounted instrument cluster.
Looks real good. Gone to a single windscreen wiper as well.
i like it , in & out
except the rear pillar , something in it's design
but for all it take from acceptable to good design from my view
Luckily, the optional side trim & bumpers allow the whole tiny car to be carried like a casket. All Toyota's should be so practical.
I see they have gone back to the standard instrument cluster intead of the center mounted. Looks good.
Note the single windscreen wiper design as well.
" I'm glad they're gonna sell a 4door hatch now."
That shows how invisible the current car is. The 5 door hatch has been out for a few years now.
looks like the much better car in the category, the nissan Versa.
are brakes that work standard?
Bruno, beware, this blog hates Versa's, but I'm with you and as a Versa owner, I can tell you it's a very good car!
"a Versa owner, I can tell you it's a very good car!"
No, it just means that you don't know what it's like to own a very good car. Yaris drivers don't either.
love the versa Bruno, I have a flower delivery company on the lower east side of Manhatten and we have 4. All are from year 1 of versa production and are high milers! We love 'em!
"No, it just means that you don't know what it's like to own a very good car. Yaris drivers don't either"
So tell me, what's a good car?? My other cars are a BMW 3 series and a Volvo xc70 (I like them both as well). In the past I've owned Hondas, Toyotas, VWs (the worst!)Subarus and several American makes. Despite the fact that the Versa is appearance challenged to many, it is an incredibly comfortable (very big inside), economical, and a very quiet car on long trips and around town.
So, in this category what do you suggest? I looked at the Fit and the Yaris and was not sold on either one.
I have a BMW and a Volvo, blah blah blah, grow Up! Showoff! Those cars are no damn good anyway.
I happen to have a 1995 F355 Berlinetta, yes a Ferrari, but I don't brag because I am comfortable with who I am and have ZERO to prove. You on the other hand, need therapy.
"love the versa Bruno, I have a flower delivery company on the lower east side of Manhatten and we have 4."
My deepest condolences to you.
Katrine Marine…you might want to try decaf!
Hey Katrine Marine, thank you for showing restraint and not bragging about your Ferrari. We're all very impressed that you have ZERO to prove.
Katrine seems like a prick doen't he? And if he owns a an f355 then I own an rs200.
And if he owns a an f355 then I own an rs200…
And continuing along in the same direction… then I own the turd of a dead rabbid rat.

Well said.
I didn't think it could look worse but it seems toyota designers managed. How old are their "stylists"? Like 9? The Nissan Juke is more adult…LOL!
