But Jaguar has already confirmed a smaller convertible, possibly competing with the Porsche Boxter.
This looks more like a 4 seater. And more luxurious.
Maybe competing more with convertibles from Infiniti and Lexus.

The side view in the bottom picture has been stolen straight from Mercedes.
All hardtop convertibles look shitty. That rear is horrendous. Do love the front tho.
Much better looking than the Lexus.
Needs a bit of work, but scores very high in succeeding where almost all others have failed – maintaing very handsome proportions in a retractable top coupe.
If this turned out to be close to the production version, I wouldn't be disappointed in the least.
