New Nissan March/Micra sedan?

Nissan is testing a new small sedan based on the March hatchback.
Pretty much the equivalent of the Yaris sedan, I guess.
Just wondering if it might be replacing the Versa over here.
Even though the March is a bit smaller.
Why even bother affixing a boot/trunk to these little vehicles if they have to look so ridiculously ill-proportioned?
Leave the looks and utility alone already.
Too bad they settled for such a generic forgettable design. The outgoing (old) design is much more interesting and current than this mess. Shame on Nissan.
It look alright but nothing like the new Accent. I guess they trying to do what Hyundai is doing now. Making everything look like their midsize sedan. Like how the Accent and Elantra take after the Sonata. This Nissan looks like a baby Altima.
Another crappy competitor to the Cobalt, Corolla, Cruise, etc. Who cares?
