2011 Honda Odyssey

Last Updated:

Honda will show a concept version of the all new US Odyssey at the Chicago auto show next month.
As it is the case with Honda, what they mean by “concept” is usually the production car with larger wheels, more chrome and blue headlights.
The top picture is the upcoming US version, and I am surprised to see how close it looks to the Japanese version that just came out last year.
I am pretty sure they are not the same, the US model seems to be keeping the conventional sliding rear doors used in most minivans sold in the US.
Still.. They do look very similar…

  1. Not expecting much, Honda's styling efforts have not been pushing the envelope towards anything groundbreaking. Hopefully it won't be as ugly as the current model.

  2. Anyone have any idea when the 2011 Odyssey is launching for sale? Considering buying a 2011 Sienna soon, but may be willing to wait for the 2011 Honda.

  3. looks like honda and nissan will now own the market since toyota is out. even when they say they are back in, do you trust them ever again???

  4. If I recall correctly, this outsells the Toyota sienna. If I do not recall correctly, then I am Toyota.

  5. EXTERIOR: The first Honda in years to look halfway decent.
INTERIOR: Still a trainwreck. But so is the next Sienna, so I guess "who cares"?

  6. No thanks, Honda. I think I'll stay with the leader; ".D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES NAMED GRAND CARAVAN THE "MOST DEPENDABLE VAN"[1] IN ITS VEHICLE DEPENDABILITY STUDY!"

-And the Dodge is better looking; inside & out!
