Tou will be noticed on the road
It is probably the SE-R, not the ES-R. That would be more consistent with Nissan uses on the Sentra. I always liked the look of the Altima Coupe.
SE-R?
This car looks like a late 90's Pontiac
its an old april fools joke u can see the interor isnt even real it was a motorcities.com joke
They should call this the Alt-Oma which in german means old grandma.
Nissans are quite dull these days.
"a late 90's Pontiac??" –actually the tail looks more like a 2009 Pontiac (G6).
Nissan really needs to do something about that tail lamp design. The Altima coupe just looks like a secretarie's car. The taxicab color looks silly, so hopefully they'll offer it in less goofy color combos.
Why does the DOT want these?
Who cares, the Altima coupe is a dud anyway. More horsepower and a garrish color isn't going to fix that.

I was going to say that myself.
gorgeous piece of kit. not a boulevard car. just enough bling. needs a wing though.
Why get this when you can get the G35 Coupe? About the same power, about the same size…minus the torque steer!
G35 = $20,000 premium, thats why
This is an April fool's joke that surfaced around April 2008. I remember distinctly….
If this was a hyundai you guys would have talked about the headlights of this nissan looking like the Toyota prius..
I just looked at the Toyota IQ's fourms and no one said anything about it looking like a Smart. If it was the HYundai IQ over 100 people would say it's a complete rip off off Smart.

"Needs" a wing? ROFL!
G37 with a few less horses and softer suspension.
The G37 Starts at $35,900…
I just priced a maxed out 3.5SE at $33,670. I would expect at least a $3000 if not more premium if there were to be an SE-R Model.
This is right in the middle of G37/370Z territory….so it would be pointless except for a couple of fanboys/fangirls.
I guess it's similar to the Taurus SHO/Lincoln MKZ conundrum.
