2021 Chevrolet Suburban
Last Updated:
Same thing as with the Tahoe, the new Suburban seems like a great update.
It looks really nice, especially with the interior colors pictured above.
This is truly a luxury vehicle. I know these can get very expensive ( I test drove a few) .
I just cannot thing what the GMC version can really add to this.
The Cadillac will get its own interior, with an all new dash inspired by the Escala concept.
But the GMC is usually the same thing as the Chevrolet version.
Of course, as with the Tahoe, it gets an independent suspension. More cargo room behind the rear seat.
A 10 speed auto.
Engines are the 5.3 Liter or 6.2 liter V8. Or the new 3.0 Diesel.
So nothing really that modern. And no electrification yet.
Although the Escalade will be getting an all electric version a year or two after launch. Which could eventually trickle down to the GMC or Chevy versions…
I mean really, this is all the luxury giant SUV anyone would need. Why get a Mercedes GLS, Range Rover or even that ugly Bentley Bentayga?
Both Tahoe and Suburban get an addition trim level above Premier(LTX), called High Country. In the Tahoe, it start in around $75K. Suburban will be $85K!
are you seriously comparing these things to a Range Rover? LOL!

You seem to have it going together. Describe "modern" and make a business case why "modern" should be used?
Your version of modern must be leaps and bounds beyond the current lineup. I'm sure your talents would be in high demand. You ought to apply for a job.
Looks friggin fantastic. They FINALLY got rid of the column shifter and added a large sunroof. I have the current generation Denali XL. I swore I wouldn't buy a new one for at least 10 years, but this is making me consider the possibility.
GMC isn't reallly needed at all, it seems like it's just to help Buick dealers to have more products to sell. GM should look into selling and exporting these into new markets, Australia, South Africa, and many South American countries would love to have vehicles like these available there especially now with the Diesel engine available.
